These terms govern use of the website operated by LUXE Linear Drains, LLC. By using the website, you agree to these terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. If you do not agree, please discontinue use.
These website terms do not replace accepted order terms, the limited warranty applicable to a product, or rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Products, availability, and orders
This website provides product information and support resources; it does not process checkout. Product descriptions and links are not guarantees of current inventory, pricing, shipping cost, or delivery timing.
For direct inquiries, confirm availability, pricing, shipping, and order acceptance with LUXE. Sending an inquiry or purchase order does not by itself mean an order has been accepted.
Custom requests are reviewed case by case. Specifications, price, and timing require confirmation before acceptance. All custom orders are non-returnable for non-defective returns; applicable defective-product warranty rights remain separate.
Retail purchases
AQVA Supply and other retailers handle their own transactions. When purchasing through a retailer, review that seller's order, payment, shipping, and return terms. These website terms do not alter a retailer's agreement with you or the product warranty applicable to your purchase.
Returns and warranty service
The return policy and limited warranty PDF are available under Installation & Documents. For direct non-defective returns, requests are considered only within 30 days after receipt; products must be unused and in original packaging. Prior authorization and an RMA are required. A 25% restocking charge applies, outbound shipping charges incurred by LUXE are deducted from the refund, and the customer pays return shipping. All custom orders are non-returnable.
Defective-product claims are handled separately under the applicable limited warranty, without the non-defective return restocking charge. For approved defective-product claims within the first 30 days after the original ship date, LUXE pays shipping both ways. Later warranty shipping is governed by the applicable limited warranty.
Contact sales@lineardrains.com for authorization and current shipping instructions. Do not ship a product before receiving them. Nothing in these website terms retroactively reduces rights associated with an earlier purchase or limits rights that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.
Technical resources and installation
Confirm that each specification, drawing, installation guide, and certification record applies to your exact product and project. Some resources are historical; a dated certificate is not a representation of current certification status.
Website information does not replace product-specific instructions, applicable building requirements, or advice from a qualified installer. Contact LUXE if documents conflict or you are unsure which instructions apply.
Permitted use and intellectual property
You may view, download, and share product resources as reasonably needed to evaluate, specify, install, or support LUXE products, while retaining copyright, trademark, and safety notices. Do not alter technical documents in a way that misrepresents their source or meaning.
Other website content, trademarks, and third-party materials remain subject to their owners' rights. You may not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, introduce malicious code, attempt unauthorized access, or use it unlawfully.
Information you send us
You retain ownership of drawings, photographs, and other materials you provide. By sending them, you permit LUXE and necessary service providers to use them to evaluate your request, prepare a quote, fulfill an accepted order, or provide support.
Sending materials does not by itself authorize publication of your name, drawings, or photographs for marketing. Only send materials you have the right to provide; our privacy statement describes how we handle associated personal information.
Website availability and liability
We aim to provide useful information, but website content may contain errors or become outdated, and access may be interrupted. To the extent permitted by law, website access and general website content are provided as available, without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation or freedom from errors.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, LUXE is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising solely from use of, or inability to access, this website. This website-use limitation does not limit product warranty obligations, liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, or your statutory rights.
Third-party sites are operated by their respective providers. LUXE does not control changes they make to their websites or services.
Governing law and disputes
To the extent permitted by applicable law, these website terms are governed by Georgia law, and disputes arising from use of this website are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts in Cobb County, Georgia. This provision does not override mandatory consumer protections or jurisdiction rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
Changes and contact
We may update these website terms prospectively by posting a revised version and effective date. Updates do not retroactively change accepted order terms or applicable product warranties. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
