Unused standard products in original packaging may be considered for return within 30 days after receipt. Approved non-defective returns carry a 25% restocking charge, plus deduction of outbound shipping charges incurred by LUXE. The customer pays return shipping. All custom orders are non-returnable.
An RMA and current shipping instructions are required before sending a product. Defective-product claims remain subject to the applicable limited warranty.
